Meet Dr. Scott Whitmer

Forensic Evaluator, Dr. Scott A. Whitmer provides comprehensive, objective, and credible forensic evaluations for plaintiff and defense cases. He has over 25 years of extensive expertise as an Expert Witness in state and federal courts. 

He has completed hundreds of forensic evaluations and has testified extensively at the state and federal level. Dr. Whitmer is credentialed by the American Board of Vocational Experts as a Diplomate (ABVE-D). He is certified by the International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC) and the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC). He is a practicing Psychotherapist and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Dr. Whitmer has served on the American Board of Vocational Experts as President Elect, President, and Past President among other board elected positions. His CV is available upon request.
